Founder of Chi Dynamics Qigong
Grandmaster Anthony Wee
- The Warrior Turned Healer -

Hospitalised at the age of 15 for 3 months, Grandmaster Anthony Wee (1943~2020) was determined to never again suffer such misery.
He further explored multiple disciplines of healing techniques. Despite his B.A. from the University of Singapore, he chosed to be a martial artist, winning international awards and impressing global audiences in encounters with boxing champions - Muhmmad Ali (1972) and Lennox Lewis (2009), and a nine-ton double decker bus over his torso, twice on 18th February 1987 at The Explanade, South Perth WA, Australia.
In 1981, his 65-year-old father was diagnosed with inoperable bronchial cancer and given up to nine months to live. Using his martial arts qi breathing knowledge, he taught his father to practice abdominal breathing and meditation techniques to control the pain and to empower his body to self-heal (inner healing). Within ten months, all signs of the cancer were gone, and his father lived on for another fifteen years, cancer-free!
Amazed by this miraculous recovery, Grandmaster Anthony Wee resolved to learn all he could about “healing qi” and meditation for health, so he could also help others.
He developed his proprietary self healing system, drawing from the best of Chinese traditions and yoga, which he named Chi Dynamics in 1981. In his lifelong quest for further and deeper understanding of the tremendous healing potential of qi, he studied ancient texts and devoured contemporary articles on modern science, and continuously refined Chi Dynamics.
Since 1981, countless people around the world have benefited from Chi Dynamics, and many more will continue to do so.
That is the legacy of Grandmaster Anthony Wee.
